As part of a small team, I owned customer acquisition on different channels. Led organic acquisition marketing efforts, including crafting, pitching and implementing a SEO strategy from scratch.

Joined Vodafone Portugal as a technical analyst and developer to improve their internal CRM system, used by customer service agents, account managers, and store staff.
Projects included optimization of button placement to save operators' time to management of incoming customer requests via app, website, marketing communications or physical store, as well as developments in the main database of ~3 million customers.
Managed development projects up to 10 people, translating business needs into technical requirements, and led UI research all the way to the final QA before the release.
